When it's time to study, utilize flashcards and spaced repetition, or ask the AI tutor to turn your notes into quizzes, games, explorable explanations, and study guides.

Is Strawberry Notes free?
Strawberry Notes is free to download. To start using it, choose a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. The yearly plan begins with a 7-day free trial. AI is optional and paid separately.
Can I import my Anki decks into Strawberry Notes?
Yes. Strawberry Notes imports Anki .apkg files, including their images and audio, and turns cloze deletions into study tape. It also imports CSV files. Anki review history is not imported.
Which spaced repetition algorithm does Strawberry Notes use?
Strawberry Notes schedules flashcard reviews with FSRS, the same modern algorithm available in Anki. You can set a desired retention for each deck and review with 2, 3, or 4 rating buttons.
Can I annotate PDFs in Strawberry Notes?
Yes. Import a PDF to lay its pages out and write on them, or open it in a side-by-side reader. PDF text is not searchable yet.
Is my handwriting sent to the cloud?
No. Handwriting recognition and search run on your device. Your notes stay on your devices and in your own iCloud Drive, and nothing is sent to an AI provider unless you use AI and agree to share it.
Does Strawberry Notes work offline?
Yes. Writing, search, flashcards, and games you have already made all work offline. Only AI features need an internet connection.
